Winner of Bride Bargain and an announcement!

The winner of last week's drawing for The Bride Bargain by Kelly Eileen Hake is Carole!
Thank you everyone for entering.

Also, a few weeks ago, I was informed that my Charles Towne Belles series will be reprinted as an omnibus and released this coming fall.  You may ask what an omnibus is (as I did).  It will be all 3 books printed in one large volume.  Check out the cover below.

Pretty cool, huh?

Have a great weekend, everyone!

That's so cool - congrats! There are few things better than a *giant* book, particularly when it's by you! ;-D

Congrats MaryLu!
I just finished reading the Raven Saint, and I think out of all the three girls, I like Grace the best[although my mom said I'm more like Faith-with my red hair and all]. It was a really great book. How and where do you get your story ideas? God has certainly blessed you with them. One question though: Will Charity have her own book?

Thanks ladies!! To answer Eszter's question, my story ideas come from many different places, my research, TV shows, movies, but mostly from time spent with God. The Charles Towne Belle's series with each sister representing the seed in the parable in Matthew 13 was God's idea! He's pretty smart! As far as Charity's story, I'd love to write it! I've received many requests for it. I guess it depends on how well the series sells. Hugs to you all!

That's awesome! I own them all, but it would make a great gift! Personally I wish most books I read were longer. I don't picture any of your characters the way they are on your covers. Love your books, though!

whoo hooo! quick question---are you gonna do anything with the fourth sister?????

Well, I'd love to do Charity's story, but it depends on many things. How well the series sells and whether my publisher is interested. :-) Believe it or not, I don't get to dictate what stories I write. Thanks for your comment!

Congrats Carole!

I love this cover so much. I would have so gotten this if it had come out sooner. I just like to buy it right away, i guess im impatient when it comes to your books MaryLu. I have to get it right away! :) hehe. I mean for me to wait on buying 3 of your books is craziness. My stupid library doesn't ever buy it so i have to.
Thats ok though, loooove these books so much! Little past the middle of the Raven Saint. When im reading it, its so incredibly hard to find a spot to end for the day. :)
You are a beautiful woman of Christ, MaryLu! God Bless you and have a great weekend!

That is so cool! I own two different trilogies that are in "big-book" format. Great cover. I like being able to see all three together like that. And I think it would be great if you could write Charity's story, hers would definitely be different, with her still living in England while the rest go to Charles Towne.
Congratulations on this new step in your author-dom! : )

I agree with the other people who would love to have a book for the fourth sister, Charity, but why? She got to go and be with the rest of her family, and her creepy husband is out of the picture. So, I would love to read a fourth book for the series, because we would not know what to expect....

Thank you so much for The Bride Bargain, MaryLu! I appreciate it very much. Let me know if you need my address.

Having Charles Towne Belles published as an omnibus is great! That's a well-deserved honor and I'm sure you'll pick up even more readers.

I don't know the exact release date.. sometime in the Fall is what they told me, so I expect September 2010. :-)

Maybe someday if you get bored enough and have no other ideas for books (as if that would happen) you could continue The Falcon and the Sparrow through William's perspective, a grown up William, I can see it
