Okay, I've voted: Nope, don't wish to be aboard any of these ships/boats !!! Looks like a dead-end for two of the boats, anyway. That's too bad for the merchantman, but I love this picture. The light coming through the clouds and tinging the water green is stunnning, and I love all the colors. Cool picture! Cortney
Thanks, ladies!! I agree.. it's an awesome painting.. and the poor, poor merchantmen.. but so many succumbed to pirates in those days.. Often they joined the pirate crew rather than be killed. What a harrowing life, eh?
