Wed July 20th, "Morning, MaryLu." Eerie, intriguing, mysterious .... those are the words coming to mind, while looking at this photo. Not sure I'd be wanting to surrender ... but equally unsure of the alternative ... remaining in that tiny row-boat ! Are they all surrounded by "fog" too (besides the smoke of the cannons) ? Great picture, though. Hope all is well. Take care, and, God Bless, In Him, Brenda Hurley
When I saved this picture, it was titled 'Ghost Ship'. I do believe it be a ghost ship, Cap'n and a scary one at that! This could easily be a scene from one of the 'Pirates' movies. *************
Hi Brenda, Yes, all is well here.. Hope the same for you! Thanks for your comment. Eerie.. indeed.
Debbie and Sapphire, this may very well be the Black Pearl! I found it online somewhere but didn't do an investigating on it. In fact, it does look very much like the Black Pearl from pirates.. Captain Jack Sparrow's ship!
A battle..eerie...hard to tell who is surrendering..at least for me. It holds an air of mystery, and I"m imagining what's just to the left and right of the painting, outside of the frame ;) :) Love and hugs from Oregon, Heather :)
