Wow! The pictures are not quite how I imagined the characters, but both look exactly like Marianne and Noah should. This is how I’ll imagine them now! Cortney
I really like the looks! Now when I read Surrender the Heart, I can imagine more of what they look like. Me thinks I will be more into reading and imagining of what is going on! :D Hehehe... ;)
Thanks, Ladies! I think what I"m going to do for my next book is post all the character's pictures on a special page here on my blog so that you can look at them while you're reading.. maybe that would help visualize them better... just a thought. :-)
They are not exactly the way I imagined both of them, but the more I think about it, the more I see them looking like this. I really want to reread this series and your pirate series! Too bad I already sent both, along with most of my books, to Michigan and I am in Arizona!! Oh well, soon enough I will be in Michigan with my precious books!
Well, we originally had plans to move back in October or early November, which is why my parents took a moving truck load of our stuff to Michigan, and put it in storage. My younger brother is in trouble with the law, and that has been holding us up. Hopefully we will be out of here by February! If anyone wants to pray for my brother, I would appreciate it! He is a very lost soul!
Emma, I'd love to pray for your brother.. I was once a pretty lost soul myself.. what is his name? You don't have to tell me if you don't want to. I'm sure the Lord knows who your brother is. ;-)
Great pictures! Is that a photo of Rupert Penry-Jones? If so, he played an amazing Captain Wentworth in a recent remake of Jane Austen's "Persuasion". He would make a great Noah!

I love your idea about posting your character pics. It helps me visualize them. Plus, usually your pics are much better than what I imagined them to be in my head. :D

ReplyDeleteJennifer, yes, that's Rupert! And I agree.. he was great in Persuasion.. I also saw him in MI-5.
Oooh Noah's cute! I pictured Marianne the way she looked on the cover, but I can see how this girl could be her, too :)
