ReplyDeleteBeautiful words to go with that beautiful picture. How those words are needed for the days we are living now. I pray that we who are believers will gather together God's word into our everyday walk and talk with those who cross our pathways. I pray that we who believe will think upon the words of Matthew 28:20 that Jesus promised --He would be with us always as we went out to spread the word to the end of the age. I believe in didn't end in that age of the disciples , but is for all who read His word in any age and will accept His word and tell others of His love and mercy and if they also believe and repent and accept , they too can have eternal life with Christ. Our age-- our world needs to hear the word of God. May we -- show this world --how good and awesome Our God is --and how evil is blinding them to the truth. That coming to Him and in repentance one can have the love of God and Eternal life with the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords !
We need to be bold in the Lord.
Amen Elsie!! Jesus's commission is for all who believe. He's given each of us talents and skills which we can use to spread His Word. I've always been amazed at the passage above.. that even toward the end, God will try one last time to tell people how much He loves them by sending angels to shout the truth above their heads. Our world sure needs that now, you are right. Boldness is called for in these last days.
