Feeling a bit old and worn out lately?
Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
In
a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the
trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we
shall be changed.
For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
So
when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal
shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying
that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.
O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?
1 Corinthians 15:51-55
My story:
ReplyDeleteI came to Christ on Oct. 2, 1992, but continued to read secular novels, as I'd recently joined a local writers' group. And, as a new believer, I never even knew Christian fiction existed.
In 2009, I went into my Alpha & Omega store to pick up a gift, decided to check out their books--and behold--spotted The Blue Enchantress, my first Christian novel!
I was truly blessed because of that choice--and never had any interest in my former reading habits. Further, it gave me a new and healthy Purpose, as I also joined ACFW that year.
Thank you and may God bless you, MaryLu--The Lord has used you in a mighty way!
You're very welcome, Pat! I'm glad the Lord used my book to bless you!!
