But to this one I will look graciously, to him who is humble and contrite in spirit, and who reverently trembles at My word and honors My commands.

Isaiah 66:2

  1. I love the verse! We all should tremble and honor God's Word. You always have the greatest pictures to go with your posts. Looking at that beautiful ship in the bottle reminds me of times that we can crawl into a bottle and stand at the railing looking out into the world and pull the cork down tighter shutting the world out-- but than our Gracious Lord and Savior gently reminds us--how He died for us and He conquered the ugliness in the world . To stand firm in our walk and trust in Him! Be the Light that shines in the Darkness and do not be afraid for He is with us always!
Thank you MaryLu for the Blessings you give to us through your words. Love you my Sister in Christ and my friendπŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ»πŸ’•πŸ’•

    1. Blessings to you dear friend ! Indeed, I often feel like shutting myself away from teh world... but in the remaining years we have, we must all shine brightly and bring as many souls as we can with us into eternity. :-)

  2. Reminds me of the beauty in this vast world--in the world created by Him, and the beauty inside He sees and loves in us. Beautiful picture, MaryLu--holds truths on so many levels--and how we wish to interpret them. Thank you.
