Yes, there has always been a plan. God has everything under control. It may not seem that way, but He does. Whatever is happening today in this crazy world, it did not take Him by surprise. He knew it would happen and already had a counter-measure for it. One of His greatest counter measures is to get His true church out of here before things get much worse. The devil knows this, but he's not concerned about us. He's only concerned with keeping most of the church asleep so they don't go, and then he's concerned with sitting on the throne and ruling on earth (killing and taking as many people to hell as he can) for his allotted time, short as its going to be. That's all he has to look forward to, before he is cast into hell. We have nothing to fear from him.
So, don't allow the news to upset you. Look at it through the lens of a bride counting the days until her Prince returns, and every prophecy fulfilled or nearing fulfillment only lets us know we are that much closer.
