But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. Isaiah 40:31
One of my favorite verses along with with Psalm 27:14 —Wait on the Lord; be of good courage and He shall strengthen your heart;Wait, I say, On the Lord. Both have encouraged me so many times during my walk with the Lord . And they that wait upon the Lord- what a beautiful promise that He will indeed strengthen us and in these times of all that is happening in our country and the world - we need to not only wait upon our Lord- we need to trust Him in all Things. I pray for our little ones growing up that they will be protected from the evilness that is being taught. I pray not only for my loved ones but for others that might cross my path that they might come to know Christ and be saved so they also can wait upon the Lord !!!!
Waiting is so hard sometimes! But it builds character. Trust and obey.. for there's no other way. You have a heart for the lost and for your Lord, Elsie! God Bless you!
