Several of you have written to me about how weary you are, how the battle is intensifying and it's getting hard to hang on. I'm with you. I get it! Same here. I believe it's the same for all the true Saints. After so many hopeful rapture days have passed, I will admit that I start to wonder if we have all this prophecy stuff wrong. Not that we have the rapture wrong because the Bible is clear that it WILL happen, but maybe the timing? I was chatting with the Lord about this, wondering if all the many many Christians I know who truly believe there is a world-wide revival coming are right and maybe we are years from the rapture. I have members of my own family who believe this... that Trump will return to office and continue with his efforts to make America a Great Nation and then to span out to the entire world and get rid of all the Globalists, Satan worshipers and evil rulers. A close relative of mine said he believes "Trump was chosen by God to work through to fix this earth."
I'm not mocking these people at all. Their hopes and dreams are good ones--for people to get saved and the world to turn to God! So I was chatting with the Lord about this, and in His wonderful way, He asked me to recite everything I know about end times, the timing and events. I won't go into the list here because it's long and all from the Bible, but after I was done, I realized that there's no doubt in my mind that we are in the very last days of the end times, and there is NO mention of a great revival on earth before the Lord returns. There are many prophecies which refer to the millennial reign of Christ and how everyone on earth will worship God then, but most definitely not before.
So I began to wonder why so many Christians are deceived into believing this. Could it be that they love their lives here on earth too much, that they have put the pleasures of this world above their love for God? Maybe they just have no clue about Biblical prophecy at all? Or perhaps they have just been deceived by false prophets, wolves in sheep's clothing?
It so happened, as is the Lord's way, that I'm reading through Jeremiah this week and lo and behold I came across these Scriptures in Chapter 14. Apparently, God had determined to punish Israel for her sins, for turning away from Him and worshiping other gods. After many warnings, you can hear the frustration in God's voice in this chapter. Poor Jeremiah is trying to beg God for mercy for his people. He then puts the blame on false prophets. It's their fault the people aren't heeding your warning.
Then I said, “Ah, Lord God! Behold, the prophets say to them, ‘You shall not see the sword, nor shall you have famine, but I will give you assured peace in this place.’ ”
And the Lord said to me, “The prophets prophesy lies in My name. I have not sent them, commanded them, nor spoken to them; they prophesy to you a false vision, divination, a worthless thing, and the deceit of their heart. Therefore thus says the Lord concerning the prophets who prophesy in My name, whom I did not send, and who say, ‘Sword and famine shall not be in this land’—‘By sword and famine those prophets shall be consumed!
And the Lord said to me, “The prophets prophesy lies in My name. I have not sent them, commanded them, nor spoken to them; they prophesy to you a false vision, divination, a worthless thing, and the deceit of their heart. Therefore thus says the Lord concerning the prophets who prophesy in My name, whom I did not send, and who say, ‘Sword and famine shall not be in this land’—‘By sword and famine those prophets shall be consumed!
Want to hear God's response after Jeremiah continued pleading? I believe the Lord led me to these Scriptures because they are as true today as they were back then.
Then the Lord said to me, “Even if Moses and Samuel stood before Me, My mind would not be favorable toward this people. Cast them out of My sight, and let them go forth.
I couldn't help but think the world is in the same place right now that Israel was back then. (History repeats itself). Do you see a great movement of repentance in the church? Do you see the nation turning from its immorality? There are many false prophets using Scripture to lie and say that all is well, trust God, there isn't going to be famine or war. The world is going to have a great revival and turn back to God! Sounds good, doesn't it?
But it isn't going to happen. Trump is not our savior. No one can save the USA or the world now except Jesus at His return. The birth pangs have started, and as you will see from some of the articles below, they are getting stronger and closer together. Jesus is coming to rescue His Bride soon! Very soon.
Our job? Stand firm. Be strong. Stay close to Jesus. Keep your oil lamps full (Holy Spirit), pray always, tell others about Jesus, and keep looking up! And remember when you feel you have no more strength to go on, the Lord promises to be our strength for us!

THIS, of course is what has happened!! The further point is this acceleration can not go on much longer! Ron, as I read your comment the final paragraph reminds me of recent fireworks on the 4th where we live: pretty much ho-hum the ususal until the finale, then wow. That's where I feel we are now, on the cusp of the finale, and we are about to go out in a blaze of glory! Amen, hallelujah!

Year after year... all the high watch dates pass.. then they move them out a month or 2 due to the calendars being off.. and then we start all over again. I've been watching around 20 years, but seriously since 2016. I'm sorry Todd did mot reply. Maybe he's as frustrated as you are and has no answer.

Which was exactly the list of things I told the Lord. All these things taken together are more than enough proof that we are about to go home! Even the many false prophets I mentioned.. are yet another proof! Date or no date, Feast day or no feast day, predictions or no predictions, Jesus is coming! I believe He is just pulling in those final people He wants to save! Remember He always goes after the 1 and leaves the 99.
I agree with you completely on this, MaryLu. Although I confess I don't understand why so many spirit-filled Christians, and watchers, have had dreams and visions of the worldwide revival you mention. I just don't see it in Scripture. Perhaps, as Unknown mentions, after the rapture--certainly there will be people coming to Jesus then. I can remember being struck some years ago that God told Jeremiah--3 times!--NOT to pray for the people. What a sobering thought! Although from what has happened to our country/perverse and deranged culture/education/politics/entertainment/corporate oligarchies, I just don't see how we can be rescued, other than by Jesus and His Second Coming. No, Trump is not our savior. No political figure can be. Only Jesus. I am among the weary too, but we continue on. We know that we know Jesus is faithful. He IS coming for us. His timing is never off. How the Church cannot see what is happening is beyond me. ReplyDeleteJudi, dreams can also come from the enemy. That's why we have to be so careful in these last days and judge everything against Scripture. Yes, there will be a huge revival after the rapture. Can you imagine? All the people left behind reading all the letters we leave? It's going to be wonderful! But most likely they will have to die for their new found faith. Which is why I believe the Lord is trying to pull in those last sheep right now. All these judgements are meant to do just that. I came to the Lord in March 1983. In May of that year, in the knight before I got baptised, I got 1 Cor 10:2&11 in my sleep. That was confirmation to me for my baptism and that I am living in the last days.
Since then I studied end times prophecys and events. The day is approaching.
Yes, Chris! That's another great Scripture. How can se see the day approaching if we aren't looking? Which is why so many aren't seeing it. Sad. Those are interesting verses.. about being baptized in the cloud, and how those things were but examples. I'm ready to be baptized in the clouds! How about you?

Get a plant light or something. ;) Anyway, I heard a well-known preacher this week say that the false prophets are the media. I thought this was interesting because I would think a preacher wouldn't point fingers away from themselves, but rather encourage people to check their words against God's Word. A good preacher should be fine with having their words verified with God's, right? Except, if they know their words can't be verified, the next best thing is to deflect away from themselves on another target and keep the people frustrated with the media, instead of demanding to know where they got their information.

Thank you, Georgette! I've seen things like this... it's horrific. I'm just praying it's false or that the Lord will protect us. There are trips that must be made and even my granddaughter had to be tested for school. I'm not sure how to turn down the actual test at this point. I'm going to ask for one that doesn't touch my brain stem. Surely if you have covid, a simple swab inside the mouth should suffice. I'm still praying about it

My question is, if you don’t trust the jab, then why would you trust the swab? And if the jab becomes required for those trips you “have” to make, what then? DeleteSo true. I won't ever get the gene therapy. God has been preparing me for accepting that all trips are coming to an end. I have a few more that I must make for work, and one for family, but then He has said that's it. He's given me peace about that, since I have always been a traveler, and He has blessed me with seeing His world. But I have one more trip to make that will make it all worth it. Into the clouds with Him. <3 But even so, He is making a way for me to share the Gospel, but instead of me going abroad on missions, He is bringing me the people from other nations. He is amazing and nothing the enemy does will ever stop Him from spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ.

I'm not traveling for pleasure, this is for family.. our 2 elderly parents.. both 88... so it's a tough decision. I'm looking for a test that isn't as invasive. Oh on the cards I have an idea and if the Lord wants me to do this, I will be doing it. I live in a Mobile Home Park with about a 75 trailers. I'm planning on sending them all an inspiring card, with the ABC's on the back. I figure if it just gets to several folks that turn to the Lord, all my effort will be worth it and more LIGHT of CHRIST in the neighborhood for prayers etc. If that works out and I'm still here, thinking about spreading them further in the neighborhood until the Lord takes me UP. It's a good thought and if the Lord wants it to happen HE will see it through.

DeleteFor those of you who HAVE to take a Covid test prior to doing something, have you ever considered a SALIVA test?? I had to have a covid test prior to having some pulmonary function tests done and I refused the nasal swab. They refused to do the test without it. I found a place online called VAULT, where I could take a covid test without a swab stuck in my nose. It was free, although they do ask for your medical insurance information first, but I do not believe my insurance was ever charged for it. It takes a couple of days, as you have to wait for the test to be sent to you, which is about 24 hours, schedule a video ZOOM meeting where they watch you spit into the vial provided to make sure it is really you; you provide the ZOOM meeting coordinator your ID on the video, send your sample back to them where they test it and you receive a notification again within 24 hours of your results. It worked for me and was accepted by the hospital where I was to have the pulmonary function tests done. As long as it is negative, proof of the results should be sufficient for whatever you need to do. It was a compromise for me, and it should be a compromise for others, as well. just be aware of the timing and it should be fine.

I am in the Old Testament now, but perhaps should move to the New Testament. I use the KJV, but am concerned about the Books that are said to be omitted. What am I/We missing?? Thank you. Thank you for the great info, Kathy!!! That helps. The OT is hard to understand, particularly in the King James. Have you tried the New King James or the Amplified? I love the Old Testament. Every story, everything there speaks of Jesus if you know where to look. You might consider an online course.. anything from Derek Prince or Chuck Missler... just be careful who you watch. ALso Robert Breaker is a great Bible teacher. I don't agree with everything he says, but he's good!! Blessings!
DeleteThanks Kathy for naming the company Vault for saliva tests. I knew a gal that just did that so she could fly over to Hawaii. It's insanity that they are shoving that stick up our nose anyway, when the saliva works just as well. I think it's their way of oppressing us even more. I find it extremely frightening that person shoving that swab up my nose could damage me if they wanted too. In the times we are living in right now. I have found a lot comfort from John to Revelations in the Bible. So much Living Word and fruit to live by in those books. I think the OT is for those that are really studying the Bible and want more prophesy teaching. It is a wealth of information and history of the Jews too. I think my favorites that bring me comfort our Psalms. Proverbs for life lessons and understanding consequences of a sinful life. Genesis I love as it's the beginning of it all... DeleteI also did a search for local saliva testing kits. There are some places that offer them, true enough, but I do believe they cost about $150, which to me was a tad bit expensive. The good thing about Vault was that it was free, at least for me. If they charged my insurance company, I have not been made aware of it, but I do know that they asked for front and back copies of my Medicare Insurance card, and during the ZOOM meeting, my photo ID.
