God's Ultimate Plan!
I'm copying the paragraphs below from Pastor Sandy Armstrong's sermon yesterday. I encourage you to watch the entire thing. It will bless you. The Lord gave the following to him a few years ago and it explains what God's Ultimate Plan is:

The motherland of Black people on earth is called today Africa. God first called the land of Africa, Cush. Cush means Black in Hebrew.
Question: What is the name of the Motherland of Righteous people living in Peace? It's JERUSALEM The city of Peace. The king of that land was Melek- King Tzadek- Righteousness. Melchizedek. He has no father or mother and no beginning or end. The city was beautiful. It was a city built on the most precious stone, like a jasper stone, clear as crystal. It had a Temple and Melchizedek was the High Priest in the Temple. Melchizedek ordained Lucifer the light bearer to bring in the morning worship service there. Lucifer would bring in the morning worship with all kinds of music. His whole body was made to produce music. The Angels would sing praises to God, who was called Melchizedek. The city was joyful with thousands upon thousands of angels. When the angels sang the presence of God would enter the temple and the joy was tremendous.
Until one day Lucifer started complaining that God was getting all the praise and that was why he had all the power. He thought If the angels praise me I would be just as powerful as Melchizedek-God. “Who knows I could be even greater than Him?” What Lucifer did not understand was it was Melchizedek-God who created him and all the angels. One third of the angels followed Lucifer to begin a quest of taking over Jerusalem to be their own city and rule over it. Melchizedek-God knew of the plan and kicked them all out of Heaven.
Jerusalem now had one third fewer citizens. It was still a beautiful city but one third of the population was gone. Melchizedek-God thought how I will repopulate the city? I could create more angels, but the problem would be the same; which one of the new angels would rebel. None of them have
been tested whether they love me or hate me like the ones who didn't go with Lucifer. I know what I will do. I will create a being in my own image. I will create them in another place not here and there they will go through testing. The ones who overcome the testing I will bring into the city.

MaryLu Here: God's ultimate plan is to gather a special group of people together whom He can adopt as His Children. But they have to be people who purposely chose Him and proved their faith by testing and trials. That's what your whole life has been about. You weren't put here to have your best life now, to gain wealth and success and power, to drive the best cars, have the nicest house, get married, have kids, and go on fun vacations! Those things are nice and can be a blessing should God give them to you. But ultimately, you were put here to pass a test and while you are passing that test, to help others pass it too!

The thing is, God is bringing everything full circle, back to the Garden of Eden where everything began. That was His plan for mankind... to live in a luxurious garden with magnificent trees, lush foliage, tame and loving animals of every kind, and tasked with the care of all. But even more importantly, God sought relationship with man, close relationship.
And they heard the sound of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God among the trees of the garden. Genesis 3:8
God hasn't changed. This is still His goal! He wants to walk with you in the cool of the day, to have relationship.
And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God. Revelation 21:3

Here's how the Bible says you can be saved.
if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9 NKJ
Here's the Amplified which is more accurate
Because if you acknowledge and confess with your lips that Jesus is Lord and in your heart believe (adhere to, trust in, and rely on the truth) that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. Amp
The Word "Lord" here is the Greek word kurios
2962 kýrios – properly, a person exercising absolute ownership rights; lord (Lord).

In other words, in order to be saved, you can't just say "Lord Jesus" with your mouth. This declaration means that you are making Jesus Lord of your life. He now is your master, your owner, your Lord.
The Word "Believe" is the Greek Word pisteuó 1. to have faith (in, upon, or with respect to, a person or thing), i.e. credit
2. (by implication) to entrust (especially one's spiritual well-being to Christ)

It's not just a mental assent or a mental belief. It is much more than that. That's why it says "believe in your heart" It is entrusting yourself to Jesus. Believing in Him and His death and resurrection and trusting in His sacrifice for your salvation. Committing yourself to Him!
Basically, the entire Scripture can be summed up as follows.
If you make Jesus Lord of your life and say so, and also believe and fully trust in His death and resurrection, you will be saved.
In reality, it is quite simple. But where people go wrong is thinking it's just a mind thing and not a spirit thing. Once you truly humble yourself before Jesus, repent of your sins, and truly from your heart ask Him to save you and be your Lord, the Holy Spirit comes to live within you and you are born again. You are saved!
If you haven't done this or aren't sure. Time is of the essence! God wants you to be one of His Children ! He doesn't want anyone to perish and spend eternity in hell without Him. He wants you to pass the test!!
For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, Titus 2:11-12

ReplyDeleteThis was a very touching sermon, especially with Pastor Armstrong preaching it with such faith! Yes it is the whole story of how everything began, only with Lucifer’s sudden lust for power and greed led to his downfall and the way the world is now. But I believe all that will end very soon, hopefully.
Out of curiosity, I don’t know if it is mentioned specifically or implied in Scripture, but for those angels who followed Lucifer, were they swayed by the Devil to follow him, or did they also have ill feelings towards God and therefore followed the Devil with the intent of taking over Heaven?
I remember reading from an online obituary back then that there was a short poem with the lines from God’s view: “All things on Earth return, but there are lessons on Earth I want this child to learn.” Speaking of which, can it be presumed that every funeral, vigil, or related service has to do with true belief in God since they follow this tradition? I know that God can see every person’s heart as to who are true and who are lukewarm. Isn’t this why there was Scripture saying God frowns on those who claim to know Him but do not truly follow or love Him based on their particular actions in life?
I saw some comments how some people are still firmly holding that the Rapture may be later this month and the Tribulation this Fall. I could only pray it is true since all we can do is trust the Lord’s timing, but I also hope it is before all hell breaks loose.
I somehow did not see the red moon last night even though at 9 PM and 11 PM, the moon was still purely white. I know this does not mean complacency, for it was spotted in Israel and surely some major event or disaster is going to happen in the near future. Do you agree Sister?

DeleteI'd say they (the third part) followed and were swayed by Satan because they had ill feelings and disloyalty towards God; they wouldn't have been enticed otherwise (i.e., had they truly loved the LORD). The two work hand-in-glove. The less a man loves God, the more disposed he is to forsaking Him, and vice versa. King David had in his service valiant, wise and mighty men (Joab, Ahithopel, Abiathar, etc.) who served him diligently, but their hearts were exposed when their joined themselves to Absalom and Adonijah in the days of their respective rebellions. It was even so with Satan.
The Lord Jesus' rebuke to the church in Ephesus was: "Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love [emphasis - love]" (Revelation 2:4).
"If any man love not the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be Anathema Maranatha." (1 Corinthians 16:22)
As for the Lord's return, I think speculating and setting dates is to set oneself up for disappointment and can shipwreck the faith of some who, when their predictions consistently fail to materialize, might wind up saying "My lord delayeth his coming" (Matthew 24:48, Exodus 32:1). Not to sound conceited, but I can guarantee that it will not happen this month, nor the next, nor the one after. The LORD will not return until "the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began" (Acts 3:21) and "except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition" (2 Thessalonians 2:3). We're clearly nearing the time of His return, and it's exciting, but there are still some very specific things that must yet unfold spiritually, geopolitically, economically and socially - and these are processes rather than an events.

Yes, absolutely. The Fallen angels must not have loved God as they should have, or surely Satan would not have lured them away no matter what glories and power he offered. However I do disagree with you on your analysis of rapture timing. We are repeatedly told to watch for our Lords return in the New Testament, and Paul himself said we who walk in the Light would see the day approaching. I never set a certain date on this blog, however I do point to high watch times based on all the signs we see and prophetic words from Godly people I trust. Not to mention Scripture itself.
DeleteWhen you say the rapture will absolutely NOT happen in the next three months, aren't you effectively doing the very same thing you are condemning? Setting a date? or a Non-date. If none of us actually know the timing then you cannot with certainly say when it will NOT happen just like date setters cannot say with absolute certain when it will happen. But we are told to watch and be ready, and that's what I hope to accomplish on this blog.
By the way, the "falling away" in 2 Thess if accurately interpreted is actually talking about the Rapture. I refer you to Dr. Ken Johnson and many others for this fascinating study.
As I see it, there's nothing else that needs to occur before the rapture. Once the bride is removed and Satan has full power, all the systems, governments, and people he has put in place and all his plans behind the scene can begin their evil work.

DeleteYou make a great point that, by saying when it won't happen, I am effectively setting a date. I agree. Definitely sounds like a self-contradictory statement, but it's one derived from the scriptures and a general assessment of world events. Things are bad as it is - the world is all messed up, but it's going to get much worse before our LORD returns. If my interpretation is off, then I'll have to eat my words. Time will tell.
Whatever we may not agree on, one thing we can agree on is that we ought to watch in anticipation unto prayer and doing His work. If we do these things, then it matters little whether our Savior returns tomorrow or 10 years down the line.

I couldn't agree more! It doesn't really matter when the rapture is, only that we are ready when it happens.. by ready I mean being about our Father's business in whatever capacity His Spirit leads! Amen. Blessings!

ReplyDeleteRegarding the fallen angels, the Scripture doesn't tell us much about them or why they followed Satan. If you read Enoch, he goes into more detail of what happened after their fall and how they sought forgiveness from God.
Funerals? I think most I've seen or been to will use Scripture and references to God even if the person who died and their families aren't Christians. So, I don't think it has any bearing at all... only that one can hope the people listening might get saved. You're right. God looks on the heart. I believe we will be surprised at who we see in Heaven and who we don't see.
The blood moon over Israel is an omen of upcoming war or disaster.. yes, that's what I've heard. We shall see!!

This kinda confirms what I heard last week, from Ezekiel, that satan was in the Garden before man.
I will tell you that for the last couple of weeks, I have been receiving confirmation after confirmation on a daily basis, to my thoughts ( pondering the word of God), the scriptures I've read, dreams, or other preaching I have heard. Just one after another. So amazing.
And I believe God is telling me "do not doubt what I have already given you". And I dont know about you Sister, but sometimes when you listen to these false preachers, and see how well they speak, and their great memory capacity to quote scripture ( thought they put their evil twist on it), and you see so many flocking t them, every so often I will ask myself; am I the one who is wrong ?
So these confirmations from the Lord are a refreshing blessing. And a reminder to persevere.
Alawys love Gen 3:8. Every time I hear it, I wonder what it would be like to hear the sounds God would make walking through the Garden. It must be joy unspeakable to we who love Him, and fearful for those who disobey !
And I believe that is exactly what God has been doing, bring the whole creation full circle.
Roman 8:18I consider that our present sufferings are not comparable to the glory that will be revealed in us. 19The creation waits in eager expectation for the revelation of the sons of God. 20For the creation was subjected to futility, not by its own will, but because of the One who subjected it, in hope 21that the creation itself will be set free from its bondage to decay and brought into the glorious freedom of the children of God.
22We know that the whole creation has been groaning together in the pains of childbirth until the present time. 23Not only that, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies. 24For in this hope we were saved; but hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what he can already see? 25But if we hope for what we do not yet see, we wait for it patiently.
Note here that it is God who has causes the futility or frustration as Brother Sandy and you say, it is a testing ground.
Great explanation of what Salvation means. Much more than just a statement of simply saying I believe in Jesus. Most preachers will stop there because it becomes unpopular today to get people to submit the reigns of their life to another authority. But when they do this they have failed to deliver the meat of the Gospel.
I saw the word "Master" up there and I often use this in my prayers. Yes Sister, Jesus needs to be LORD and Master over our entire lives. Not just on Sunday's. Not just in front of "churchy people", but wherever we are, wherever we go !

I agree, Brother! When the Lord so graciously gives us confirmations that we are on the right track, it's such a blessing! We are human, and like you said, it is easy to begin to doubt ourselves and our interpretations of things when so many around us are lost in false doctrine. I have often wondered if I'm the one who is completely insane? But the Lord always reassures me in one way or another that I am walking with Him.

Jesus is our Lord!! We submit to Him and His Will. Yet so many in the church today are taught differently. It tickles their ears to think they can please their flesh and still make it to heaven.

ReplyDeletePastor Armstrong really knows how to deliver a sermon without twisting Scripture! It is relieving that there are still some truly sincere pastors who deliver God’s message without intertwining them with their own theories, beliefs, and judgments.
It is sad that there are too many false pastors out there who are tweaking Scripture based on their own perceptions and interpretations. For myself, I am in no way a pastor, and even if I was, I feel I do not have the honor to be one for I am not like a genius on the Bible though I do know and recite many of the popular Scriptures and I am in no way a gifted speaker, which I feel may be necessary to be a fully convincing and efficient pastor as many Believers may expect. Regardless, I am content with just being a regular true Believer and grow close/worship/pray to/give thanks to the Lord on my own terms and with my own Bible and Scriptural knowledge. Would this be a devoted relationship with Christ?
I researched the Essenes and I was fascinated by how they are well-known and respected for their accurate predictions, such as Christ’s crucifixion and God’s 7000-year plan as a couple examples. Since they predicted the final age of mankind to be this year, I could only hope they mean that it will time for Christ to bring forth the Millennium Reign soon.
One thing I saw online (I think it was the Five Doves website) is an article that references the Essenes calendar, but it also stated the Jubilee time period of 50 years, and it also mentioned that the next 50-year jubilee will end in 2075. I was immediately shaken - does this mean we have to be around for another 50 years? I really hope this is not the case, for I cannot bear to fathom what will happen between now and five decades later based on all the obvious evil going on. Please tell me this may be a misinterpretation.
Furthermore, the article stated that if the Apophis asteroid that is indeed Wormwood will hit Earth on like 4/13/2029, as projected by NASA scientists, then counting back 1260 days (first half of the Tribulation), would be 11/01/2025. If this is true, then the Rapture and Tribulation have to be this month or next. Would this be true Sister? Adding the next 1260 days or 3.5 years from the Apophis date will be 9/24/2032, which is exactly 10 days after Yom Kippur that year. Think 10 Days of Awe?
I know I should not settle on dates, but I could not resist thinking about this and wanted to see your analysis. I hope the Lord understands that I am not trying to doubt or lack faith, but I am more than desperate to get out of this evil place and be with Him and all Brothers and Sisters.
The news said that Israel launched an airstrike on senior Hamas leadership in Qatar. Also another news outlet said that a lot of industries, such as the movie industry and some other organizations, are boycotting anything affiliated with Israelite relations. Is this another example of what Jesus meant when He said the world will turn against Israel, meaning not just nations, but also local entities, people, and institutions as well?
You may have heard that the Supreme Court allowed ICE raids in Los Angeles to continue despite a temporary ban. Does it seem like even our nation’s highest court has been bought by the Devil to side with evil? It seems like with this kind of corruption, getting in trouble, even for very minor or petty offenses, can spell serious disaster with the law - could this just be another step at bringing about the Beast Empire that will be like Hell with zero tolerance for any opposition or dissent?

Greetings! Agree about Pastor Sandy. I've learned so much from him. We are all called to different ministries. There's no way I could be a pastor either! I'm terrible in front of people. God gifted me to write, and He's gifted you in other ways. As long as we submit to Him and put Him first, He'll lead us into what our calling is.

You are not alone in your analysis of Apophis and the timing of the start of the Tribulation. Dr. Tom Horn and many others are saying the same. I don't think it's wrong to speculate on these things and get excited. As long as you leave the timing in God's hands and trust that it will be perfect. Not only for you but for all the saints and for everyone on Earth.
Yes, we see anti-semitism on the rise lately in every nation on Earth. It truly is amazing to see and just another sign of the end.
I believe the Supreme Court along with most of our government here and the alphabet agencies have long since been taken over by the enemy, so yes, much of what they are all doing now is setting the stage for the Beast Kingdom to rise. And Rise it will... I sense very soon.
