Merry Christmas!

Dear Precious Saints of the Most High,

Just popping in to wish you all a very Merry Christmas!  I'm back in the country and have been busy with family celebrations, but also praying to the Lord for guidance and direction. For those of you who believe celebrating Christmas is pagan, I get it. Much of it truly does have pagan origins. However, for me, the name of Jesus is uplifted during this season all over the world and that is definitely something worth celebrating. No, Jesus wasn't born on December 25th. Many scholars believe he was born around Tabernacles in the fall, but it's also quite possible He was conceived in Mary's womb around this time. Regardless, as I drive through my neighborhood, and I see a few houses with Nativities in the front yard, it blesses me because people are seeing that some still celebrate the birth of Jesus!  So many Christmas carols glorify Him, churches tend to be fuller. It's a wonderful season of giving and loving each other. That is why I celebrate. However, the Bible says we must do everything in faith, so be true to what the Holy Spirit puts on your heart!

Blessings from God our Father and our Lord Jesus Christ be poured upon you and your family this Christmas!  And I'll see you in the New Year!

May we all be celebrating Christmas next year with our Lord and Savior!
