I've always loved the Little Mermaid..and there's an even older cartoon from the 60s I think..and the mermaid was named Marina in that version..OH, romance....I love it!!! this picture is really good and romantic!!!! I have to agree. I love how your stories move along and I think you could do a great job of presenating a mermaid story with a good message in it. I definaley think you should do it. I know I will read it!
The artist for that gorgeous picture is Scott Gustafson. Many people are familiar with him, though they don't know it. He's done most of the box art for Celestial Seasonings tea.
This is hands down one of my most favorite pieces of modern day art. I love all things mermaids. It's been charted for counted cross-stitch and I have the chart.
