  3. Wed Dec 8th,
    Afternoon, MaryLu.
My sister Barb and I have been over to our SeaWay Mall today. Awake at 5:00 a.m., over to the Mall before 6:00 a.m., and then the TV show "Canada A.M." doing their "live taping" of the Hallelujah Chorus, just before 9:00 a.m. !!! It was wonderful !!! What a lift, and, a rush !!! Really beautiful !!! Approximately 500 of us there, to witness it all in person. (I'll try to send "something" via e-mail, re what I got taped ... but alas, I am not a professional, and I sure goofed and messed up !!!)
Now ... back to your 'wordless Wednesday' photo .... I love it, MaryLu !!! What a neat shot ... so real and beautiful !!! Love the difference in the rippled-water effects through to the glassy-water effects. It makes you "feel like" you want to be right on that ship !!!
Thanks for sharing. Hope all is well. Take care, and, God Bless,
    In Him, Brenda Hurley

  6. Hey MaryLu, I just noticed that this ship looks a lot like the ship just to the right of this post. Funny, eh? and @MJ: I've seen this cross stitch pattern many times. If my eyes could handle it, I would try to do it. I've done a lot of cross stitch in my life, but lately I have been sticking with stamped cross stitch.

  7. Hi Ladies! Yes, I thought you'd like this ship. Very sleek and serene... love the reflection!
Brenda, I can't wait to hear and see more of what happened at the mall this morning!!! That is SO AWESOME! I'm so glad you got up early to go.
Margaret, love the Ship cross stitch! My mother used to cross stitch all the time before her eyes got bad. I've never tried it.
Yes, I've visited ChristianHistoricalFiction.com. Great site!
    Thanks Debbie, Tori and Sapphire!
Hey, it's cold and rainy here today and I've been working hard on Surrender the Dawn. It's not due until January 31st, but I want to take a couple weeks off at Christmas.
Now, I'm off to drive a friend to a doc. appt. Yikes, I'm going to have to bundle up.
    Have a great evening!

  8. I love it! I'd trade most of my possessions to be there -- as long as I could stay forever!!!! Ha.
When's the next time you're doing a book signing? What state?
Thanks for sharing the picture with us.
