Wordless Wednesday!

In honor of the new pirate movie, check out this picture. It's a pirate ship being chased by a navy frigate! Click to get a bigger view.   Apparently this was created by a designer. Here's the website. Just want to give credit where credit is due. http://www.povcomp.com/entries/98.php

  1. Wednesday, May 18th,
    "Morning, MaryLu."
Love this photo ! I clicked on it (to enlarge it) ... and then, chose to make it my new desktop (for the time being). The clouds, blue sky and water, the ships of course, billowing sails, and the action ... truly, a neat picture !!! Very realistic looking. Thanks for sharing, MaryLu.
    Take care, and, God Bless,

  2. Lovely - especially all the blues! But it appears that more than a few cannonballs have ripped holes in the pirates' sails - they'd better be careful! LOL :-)

  5. I really like this picture! Reminds me of the Maritime Festival that happens every summer, though minus out the shootings going on between the ships! I am going to have to set this as a desktop wallpaper! Thanks for sharing! :)

  7. Yes, I thought you all would enjoy this. It popped out at me when I did a search for pirates yesterday. Simply gorgeous!! I may make it my desktop as well! And yes, I do believe those are mountains! And yes. That dastardly navy will not get the best o' Captain Tyndall!!
