    "Morning, MaryLu."
Wow ... what an action shot ! Chaos all around .... EXCEPT for the inquisitive seagull, who has perched on the small dingy ... watching it all from a safe distance. (It is a seagull, right ???)
Anyway, I'd rather be perched on that dingy with him, than over where all the action is taking place !!!
Thanks for sharing. Hope all is well.
    Take care, and, God Bless,

  2. Wow! One of the first ways I was introduced to writing was by looking at some pieces of famous art and creating a story based on what we saw in the picture. LOVE it!

  3. Awesome! That's quite an imposing pirate ship. Those other ships don't stand a chance. The seagull seems to be orchestrating the whole battle. lol

  5. Mary Lou, I just read Surrender the Dawn as a friend gave it to me. It is the first book I have read of yours but it definitely will NOT be the last. I couldn't put it down! I just saw that you joined our group Crhistian Fiction Devourers at Goodreads. You will love it. It is a great bunch of wonderful Christian friends who adore reading and books. Welcome to the group!

  7. Yes, definitely an action shot, Brenda. You're so sweet.. yes, I think the seagull is allright.. perhaps a bit shocked at the happenings.

Oh, I love to do that, Joleen.. start with a picture and make up a story. Haven't done that in years.

Debbie.. very tough pirate ship. The Spaniards are in real trouble, says I!

Emma, my Mom loves Wordless Wednesday's too!

Hi Loraine!! Yes, I loved the title of the group on Goodreads "Fiction Devourers"! Thanks for your welcome. :-)

Rebekah, The bird is definitely in charge! LOL

  8. Awesome pic! I have to tell you MaryLu that I have a file on my thumbdrive collecting all of these wonderful pictures. :D Food for the visualist mind-at least my mind. This picture could contain at least ten different stories! I do wonder if keep any particular pictures you keep in mind when you write MaryLu.

  9. I'm glad you're saving all these great pictures!! I have them saved on my computer too. Yes. sometimes when I need some inspiration, I pull one of these pictures up and stare at it for awhile. It really helps! Music helps too. It all depends on what I'm writing about.
