Will there be a Great Revival or Great Awakening before the Rapture? Important! Please read!

I consider this post to be one of my MOST IMPORTANT POSTS, especially because of the times in which we live. Recently I've encountered more than one person who I considered to be very Godly people who have become entangled in this end times deception. Before you click away, please at least read the entire post and then ask the Lord to show you the truth. This is a tough subject and one that will, no doubt, cause me to lose some followers and friends, but I felt compelled by the Lord to at least address it. It's rather long, but worth it, especially if you believe we are heading toward a Great Worldwide Revival. I've known about this belief for some time now because my brother and Sister in Law are followers of Q, and this "Great Awakening" has morphed out of that movement, or maybe it's been a part of it all along.  However, more recently I have discovered that several of my long-time good Christian author friends are also caught up in this belief.  So I did some homework on it and on Q and Trump and compared all of these beliefs with Scripture. Please read this with an open mind before you click away. 

 

Let me start by saying that I would LOVE it if God poured out His Holy Spirit on America and the World in one final Great Revival!  How could I not want that? I have many lost family members who need to come into the Kingdom. I actually pray for revival every day. I pray the Lord brings in ALL those He has called, as many as possible before the Tribulation starts. 

 

Historically, America has experienced a Great Awakening before during the 1700s when great preachers like Jonathan Edwards and George Whitfield led the way to restore Christianity to it's original intent, to save lost sinners by the grace of God and to restore religion as a relationship and not an institution. These men were very successful and faith in God flourished. 

 

However, I've discovered that the term "Great Awakening" means something very different today. It is both political and philosophical in nature.  The current Great Awakening is a movement that speaks of the people awakening to the knowledge that our country and the world are run by evil Satan-worshiping globalists.  You may be interested to know that The Great Awakening has a website with articles and maps laying out their exact goals. At first glance, it looks great. They want to end Child Trafficking, Media Bias, the Dark Web, Chemtrails, Mass shootings, the Matrix, etc. They talk about the Fall of Cabal, the White hats, Antarctica, FEMA Camps, Fluoride in the Water, Big Pharma. All things that I believe are true and are horrible and things the public needs to be awakened to!  However if you look deeper at their articles and goals you find they all lead to Satan. I'm not kidding. Remember those who follow Satan believe he is the light-bearer and the real creator. Please take a look at this Great Awakening Map, and then scroll down to see the levels of "Ascension". This is man's Ascension or evolution to truth. Pay particular attention to Levels 3-5.   If you are a Q follower or someone caught up in the "Great Awakening", you may be in grave danger.  

There is a philosophy that's been around for many many years whose name escapes me at the moment. Basically, it says that if you want to achieve a goal, but there are many who would oppose you, you create an evil part and a good part, light and dark, good and evil.  You draw the opposition toward the light and good part, get them wrapped up in it and believing it. You present lots of truth with just a pinch of lies here and there and slowly lure the opposition in the exact direction you want them to go. In the end, both parts lead to the same nefarious goal.

 

I use Q as an example. Q preaches truth, justice, patriotism. Q talks about taking down the Deep State, the evil Satan worshipers who are in our government, arresting the Pedophiles, convicting traitors to the US, etc. Q praises Trump for all he did and still encourages his followers by saying Trump will return. But has anything Q promised actually come true? Have any of the Deep State Actors who committed treason been arrested? Yes, some pedophile rings were broken up, but I'm talking about the myriad of promises made by Q that have never happened. Q, in my opinion is a CIA psychological operation that is playing the Good Cop and keeping patriots placated so we won't rise up and take back our government.  If you check out the Great Awakening map, youll see Q is right in there. It all sounds great, all the things Q says, and all the Scriptures he or they quote. In fact, Q has many followers and spokespeople who seem to be great Christians and probably are, but could it all be a deception?

 

Those who believe in a coming Great Worldwide Revival base their belief mostly on what men are saying, prophets such as Kim Clement, pastors such as Dutch Sheets, Mario Murillo, Hank Kunneman etc. and others who have had dreams and visions. As far as I can tell, the only Scriptural evidence they have is Acts 2 Where Peter says in the last days God will pour out His Spirit on all flesh and His sons and daughters  will prophesy and dream dreams, etc. Yes! That has been happening since the day of Pentecost 2000 years ago.  

 

The problem here is that people are relying way too much on men and their prophesies and dreams.  So, I did some research on the men listed above, which I challenge all of you to do. Many many Christians are following these men and women and what they say every day. It turns out that Dutch Sheets, Mario Murillo, Hank Kunneman, and Kat Kerr are all part of the NAR (New Apostolic Reformation) which I have talked about before on this blog. This is a HERESY and a perversion of Scripture!  If you are following these people, please, please, check this out for yourself.  I don't have time to go into this here but I'll leave these links for those interested. I strongly encourage you to read up on NAR and see if you've become a victim of it and also to keep yourself from becoming deceived.

Here is an excerpt from a very long article entitled Dangers of the New Apostolic Reformation. Worth the read if you have time. 

The New Apostolic Reformation is an outgrowth of the Latter Rain Movement, the Word of Faith movement that includes the prosperity gospel (also known as “Name It and Claim It”). The full name of the Latter Rain Movement—the New Order of the Latter Rain— is important to note because the movement is fast becoming mainstream and accepted by many within evangelicalism and pro-family circles of the New Religious Right. The New Order of the Latter Rain is helping build the “new order” or “new world order” of the antichrist. 

When the antichrist shows up on the world scene, the followers of the New Apostolic Reformation, Word of Faith, New Agers, Mormons, Hindus, and Buddhists will have been well prepared to embrace his message of pagan spirituality and ecumenicalism backed by signs and wonders as described in 2 Thessalonians 2:9-11:

The more I study NAR, the more terrified I'm becoming. 

 

I have watched some of these people and honestly, they come across as God-fearing people who love the Lord and can quote Scripture. But didn't the Lord warn us about False prophets in Sheep's clothing? I'm not saying these people aren't sincere and that perhaps God can help heal and save people through them. God can use anyone, even a donkey. But they are obviously sincerely wrong.

 

 Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. Matthew 7:15

Immediately preceding this verse by Jesus, He was telling us that the true way is narrow and difficult and few find it!

When someone says something that contradicts the Bible, that's when I take notice.  I pass everything I hear through the Word of God. In fact, we are told to do just that. And here's what I see.

Let's take Jesus's own Words in Matthew 24, which is just one of the many places that describes the end times. I encourage you to read through it. Jesus starts off with the most important thing. 

“Take heed that no one deceives you."

 

He then goes on to describe Wars and Rumors of Wars, Famines, Earthquakes, Pestilences. He calls these the Beginning of Labor Pains. We can see that these Labor pains are already with us. In the 20th century we had 2 World Wars and we saw the start of many earthquakes, plagues and famines. Currently we are seeing massive earthquakes all over the world, including Volcanoes and huge storms, locust plaques and of course Covid and other pestilences!  For anyone to say that the Labor Pains of the end have not started is insanity. Once Labor pains start, they do not stop, take a break and wait to start up again. Any woman knows that they get worse and worse and come faster and faster. 

 

Jesus goes on to talk about False prophets, lawlessness, and the love of many growing cold. He talks about Christian persecution, which is the highest it's ever been today. He says that the Gospel will be preached in all the world and then the end will come. With the internet and our current technology, there's not a single part of our globe where the Gospel can't reach. Jesus continues to discuss the Great Tribulation, the Rapture, and His second coming. He never once says, there will be a Great Worldwide Revival and many will turn to Him. 

 

In fact, Scripture says quite the opposite. Paul in 2 Thessalonians 2 says that right before the rapture there is a great apostasy or a great falling away from the faith!  Today, we are seeing tons of prominent Christian leaders fall by the wayside, embrace homosexuality and critical race theory, etc. I've reported on some here. Many Christians have also embraced false doctrines like OSAS and NAR or Dominionism. I recently linked to an article that said that church attendance in America is at its lowest point EVER. 

 

Here in 2 Timothy 3, Timothy gives a list of qualities of Christians during the end times.  And yes, he's talking about Christians or people who claim to be Christians. Look at the last phrase.

 

 But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. 2 Timothy 3:1-5

Does this sound like the product of a Great Revival before the rapture? 

I could list a dozen more Scriptures that describe the world right before the Tribulation. Yet, I can't find a single one that describes an End Time World Wide revival. Quite the opposite. Things get worse and worse, like labor pains, right before the Rapture.

Well, you might say, maybe we aren't close to the rapture at all? You would have to be ignoring tons of signs all around you to think that.  (See the above link) However, Jesus, Himself, said in Matthew 24 that the generation who saw Israel reborn would not all die off until He comes. Israel turns 73 this year. So, yes, we are very close to the Tribulation. 

Another Scripture used by NAR believers is 2 Chronicles 7:14 

if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.

 

Indeed, there may be many people praying and seeking God's face, but is America turning from her wicked ways? American is swirling in a cesspool of immorality, homosexualtiy, beastiality, Satan Worship, pedophilia, Greed, Lust, Porn, Divorce, Transgenderism, baby-murdering etc. Do you really think God is going to just pour out His Holy Spirit on this generation of wicked, sinful people? America must come to repentance. The church must repent of its lukewarmness and compromise and turn back to God before He is going to bless us at all!  What about the world? Do you see the world repenting? Why do we think there will be a great worldwide revival?

Certainly, there is nothing sinful or wrong about believing and praying for a Great Revival. I'm not at all judging those who are doing so. So, why am I bringing it up? Because I feel a great urgency to warn you of of the following three dangers

 

1.  The Great Awakening as I pointed out above and on that website is not something that leads to Jesus, but rather to a new age philosophy that elevates the ascension of man. This may not be what is in your heart, but I caution you to be careful to get involved in anything that opposes our Lord and Savior in its end goal. For example, people can get involved in all kinds of cults that appear Christian on the outside and even use Scripture (such as Mormonism, Jehovah Witnesses, Free Masons), but deep within their beliefs, we find anti-Christian doctrines.  Your heart may be right, but your soul may be in danger.

2. Jesus said He was coming back for those who are longing for His appearing, those who are watching and waiting. If you're looking for Trump to return and a Great Revival to start, then you aren't looking for Jesus and perhaps you won't be ready when He comes. I'm not saying that you won't be taken in the rapture, because I truly don't know that, but why would you want to risk it? 

 

To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation. Hebrews 9:28 

Blessed are those servants whom the master, when he comes, will find watching. Assuredly, I say to you that he will gird himself and have them sit down to eat, and will come and serve them. Luke 12:37

3. Be careful of putting your faith and hope in man and not God. Part of this Great Revival is the belief that Trump will return to the presidency and set things right again and then the revival will start. I caution you with all my heart to not place your faith in Trump. He may come back to the office. He may not. I don't know. But I do know that it's quite possible Trump is not who he says he is. What if he is just playing the part of the good head of the snake? Yes, he did a lot of good for our country, but was it all planned to gain the huge following he has gained? Did you ever do your research on Trump after he started running for office? Do you know he was friends with many of the Deep State Actors who are ruining our country now? Did you know that his Spiritual mentor growing up, Norman Vincent Peale was a 33 degree mason? Here just one of many articles that may open your eyes or at least get you to start thinking. 

 

I don't know if Trump is good or bad, but I do believe they are trying to paint him as a Christian when he is not. I know that he doesn't see the need for repentance. This has been well documented from his own mouth. I know that the woman who was his spiritual adviser at the White House, Paula White, and who said he got saved, is herself an apostate believer.  We need to look into these things. If, indeed, he does come back to the White House, we all need to cautiously wait and see how this all plays out. 

Could I be wrong and a Great World Revival is on the horizon? Perhaps. I admit to being a fallible human being. But at this moment in time, based completely on Scripture, I really don't see it. Yes, there could be pockets of revival here and there, absolutely! I am praying for that. I know of many different meetings where the Holy Spirit was poured out and people got healed and saved! All wonderful works of God. But Worldwide? Remember our enemy is very very smart. He's been around for a long time and he knows how to manipulate us humans. That's why Jesus warned us first and foremost to NOT BE DECEIVED. 

By the way, I do believe there will be a great worldwide revival. AFTER the Rapture, when people finally wake up to the truth of God's Word.

They Intentionally Disobey God’s Word and the Teachings and Commandments of Our Lord Jesus Christ! They detest Sound Doctrine and They are advancing the reality of Amos 8:11-12 is actually taking place in 2021

 

We must understand that there is no Word of the Lord in any of Their Teaching or Doctrines—They are altogether Satanic and Demonic— They are Altogether Satanic Deception
