Hi MaryLu, no the world doesn't have a clue. From what I'm reading about what's coming down the pike, for the US, as well as the rest of the world, there's going to be a lot more destruction accompanying the rapture than movies and books have led us to believe. I don't think it will be oh all of a sudden 2 billion people disappear and then business as usual . . . .
In the meantime, while we wait, I read Christian fiction. Am re-reading (for I don't know how many times) The Ransom. I still laugh out loud at Munny's antics. This would make such a fun movie! Oh well, maybe in heaven???
Yes.. I'm seeing incredible destruction coming.. and America falling.. so sad because people just go about their lives thinking everything will be fine. I have to say The Ransom is one of my very favorites. I had a blast writing that book! Glad you are enjoying it :-)
While I like all your characters, some are favorites. Munny/PE/Alex is at the top of the list ;-). I can just visualize his dispatching the ruffians as the foppish Munny, then trying to cover up for his ability to do so!
Every time I open my Bible, God shows me confirmation. It makes me wonder how I never saw it before. It's so blatant and everything is written in black and white. But man, am I getting tired. Still, I'm doing my best make sure that I am an awake and radiant bride.
Me too, Katy! Nearly everything in the Scripture is about our soon to be wedding! I'm tired too.. some days it's really hard to put one foot in front of the other, but just keep going! It will all be worth it in the end when we see Jesus!
