Happy 234th birthday, America!

I love my country, and I thank God every day for allowing me to be born here and grow up as an American citizen. Out of all the nations on earth, our citizens have the most freedom and the most opportunity!  What a privilege and an honor to be an American.
That's why it breaks my heart to watch as our school textbooks are being revised to take out the fundamental truths of who we are and where we came from,  to stand by while a power hungry, self-serving, arrogant government slowly leeches away our freedoms, to listen to the anti-American rhetoric coming from within our own goverment and from within our own citizens. Yes, America is not perfect and we do have problems, but we are the greatest nation on earth.  And you want to know why?
Because we were founded on faith in God and on His holy principles from the Bible. Here's just a few quotes from our founding fathers:

As we celebrate the birth of our great nation and remember the sacrifices of those who laid the foundation, let us look to heaven and beg God's forgiveness for having strayed so far from Him, for having removed the Bible and prayer from schools and from our government. Let us ask God to restore our land to its former glory that we might be a light to the world of God's love and salvation.
