I feel the Lord impressing on me that His precious saints need to armor up in these last days and use the authority He has given us against the encroaching evil. Yes, we are going to leave before the Tribulation, but until then, things will get worse and worse.
Below is a 4 minute video of my experience with demons in Jamaica. I pray it encourages you! And below that, I'm listing a proclamation given by a pastor I follow. Every word comes from Scripture. It is so powerful that I wanted to share it with you so you could recite it and learn it on your own.
I receive victory over all the power of the enemy
Though the enemy be arrayed against me, yet I will stand in the power of God
I will be strong in the Lord and the power of His Might
The enemy will never defeat me because Jesus Christ is my shield and buckler, my exceeding great reward! Hallelujah!
God is for me and not against me.
Greater is He who is in me than he who is in the world
I've been given authority over all the power of the enemy and nothing will by any means hurt me
I've been given the blood of Jesus Christ!
I've been given the sword of Jesus Christ!
I've been redeemed by the Grace of Jesus Christ
I am free! I've been set free from all the powers and forces of hell!
Though they be arrayed against ne, yet I will walk in the love and grace of Jesus Christ
I will walk in the light of the truth and carry the blood-stained banner of Jesus Christ in this final hour of the church age!
I will be salt and light
I will be a proclaimer of the Gospel and setting the captives free by the grace of God
By the blood of Jesus
By the Word of Jesus
By the power of God
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me
We are more than conquerors through the Lord Jesus Christ!
Therefore, take up the full armor of God, so that you will be able to resist on the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm. Ephesians 6:
Yes! God also spoke to me this weekend and gave me the words to fight off demon attacks that will be coming hard and fast. He said to remember there is power in the name of Jesus. If that is all you can say, say it loud.

What an incredible and MOST timely message as I have been under horrendous, demonic attack from husband's pot smoking crazy son and living with darkness in the homeSatan always overplays his hand, but, the attack blindsided me. I've recently begun a 21 days of Breakthrough prayer (book by Jim Maxim - $5.00) to finally stand in gap against demonic new age, occult philodophies in my hisband, for his salvation and against alcohol adiction. This message and prayer is exactly what I need to stand as I truly, truly, put on the armor and am in the battle for their souls and my peace. God bless you. Much love!

Sounds like you are following the leading of the Holy Spirit and doing what you need to do to battle the evil in your home! I am with you, Sis. I endured much the same after I got saved and lived in a home full of atheists! God is mighty to save!

ReplyDeleteI have a 2 family home. Oldest Daughter with Grandkids live on second floor. Grand kids are 26 & 24.
In my house, first floor, me, my Wife and youngest Daughter who is 25. Yes she was born in between the 2 Grandkids ! ;)..
In my house we are all saved. But the 2nd floor is not. And Grandson is autistic with other debilitating mental issue's. And he can become violent and be a real handful for his Mom. Course they raised him on that rap crap. We all start praying downstairs. And if the prayer doesnt calm down, I will go up there, and my Daughter hates it when I do. But as soon as I enter the room his whole countenance changes. He calms immediately, and then he starts to weep. And I put my arms around him and whisper Jesus in his ear.
But I anoint my property, doorways, stairways etc regularly. A Sister told me one time, that we can cast out the demons all we like, but when they continue in there sin, seven more just keep coming back.
And so we just keep praying ???
Loved seeing you MaryLu. You are much younger than I imagined. And you voice is soft and gentle. I guess I imagined a roaring lion, lol !. But what you said is right, you dont have to yell and scream at the demons, like the demons ! We only need to whisper the Name of Jesus and the demons flee at the sound of His name. Not by power or by might, but by My Spirit saith the Lord !

I'm 64 and look it. The lighting was just good. But yes, I'm fairly meek in person, unless I get fired up. I had no idea about your situation and I'm glad you told us. It reminded me of that boy in the Scriptures who was epileptic and the disciples couldn't help him, but when Jesus showed up, Bam, the demons left. I pray your oldest daughter recognizes the calming presence and power of Jesus when you go upstairs to help with your grandson! And I pray they all come to know the only One who is the Truth and Peace! And your sister is right.. that's why we should not cast out demons of someone who isn't saved... or doesn't want them gone... it will only make things worse. I will add your family to my prayers now. HUGS, Joe!

ReplyDeleteWhen Izaya was young my Daughter and her husband came to church for a couple of years. Izaya loved to sing. They eventually fell away. About 5 years ago the husband abandoned them. Leaving them broke and penniless, with their house in foreclosure. So I took them in.I believe Izaya had potential inspite of his handicap, and still does. But the parent sure did a job to regress him.
Ps. you dont look 64. Maybe California folks age better :) Oh and thank you for prayers, you are in mine as well !

DeleteWell, I guess I am late to the party today, but the past two days have been full of demon attacks for me, and I have had a rough time. I realize now that I should probably have been in my Bible more at that time, but even that was being attacked. I tried to read the scriptures, but my mind was not focusing, and I had trouble understanding. My sleep was affected, as well, waking in the wee ends of the morning and then not being able to return to sleep. Dramatically, my cooking was also affected. It seemed that I could make nothing without burning it or something where it was just not edible. I was really dismayed by the whole process. I still am, actually, but I slept fairly well last night, after I rebuked the demons and my bedroom was clear again. Today I am attempting spaghetti, so hopefully that will turn out okay. I hate it when these demons are relentless in their attacks. It is nice though, to be able to see from everyone else posting, that it is not just me. Not that I wish this type of thing on anyone else, but while it is happening, you feel very alone. Today I was able to read my Bible with no problem, everything being understood. I listened to praise music for a time and still feel more at peace. I know they will be back though, these relentless souls of the devil. I will print out this prayer above and start to learn it, and perhaps that will help, as well. I had heard your story about Jamaica before and remembered it, but it was good to hear it from your own lips, once again. Stay safe everyone, and MaryLu. Hopefully this will not last much longer!! ReplyDeleteKathy, those of us who are going to be raptured are all being attacked right now. Which is the reason for this post. Remember who you are in Jesus! Don't allow the enemy to torment you or keep you from reading the Bible. Next time, command them to leave in the name of Jesus and ask the Lord to give you peace and understanding of His Holy Word. The devil hates it when we read the Bible. He knows the power of those Holy Words! I am praying for you right now! I command all the powers of darkness to leave Kathy and her family alone in Jesus name! I command them to leave and not return. I ask you, Lord to surround Kathy and her home with mighty warrior angels to protect her and keep the enemy at bay! Praise your Holy name!
DeleteWow. Thank you! I don't think anyone has ever prayed for me before. It feels quite good, actually!! You know when the attacks first started, I really did not think that was what was happening, but as they lingered on, I began to feel it. I did rebuke them then, and they stopped. I have to remind myself that much of those types of things are coming from the demons, and not my own lack of skills in cooking or sleeping, or whatever. I should have known when I could not read the Bible, but it never occurred to me at that time. Now I will be more observant and not think it is "just me." Thank you for reminding me of who I am in Jesus. I appreciate your prayers, and for reminding me what I should do!! Have a great night, and talk to you soon. (muah)!!
